[windows] windows update を強制的に実行するには wuauclt を使う

強制的にwindows updateを行いたい場合にはブラウザを使っていたけど、負荷が高いのでコマンドで済ませたい。

コマンドプロンプトを起動して、以下のコマンドを入力。もしくはwindows+Rで以下のコマンドを入力。

%gt; wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow
